Your money view. Not your bank login.

Track the month on iPhone without connecting a bank account. Monetor builds the picture from Apple Wallet automations, receipt scans, and manual entries you control.

What “without a bank” means

No account link is required.

Monetor does not need your bank username or password to start tracking. It also does not automatically fetch balances or complete account history. You decide which transactions enter your picture.

01

No bank sign-in

There is no required Plaid-style account linking or bank credential handoff in Monetor’s capture workflow.

02

Three clear inputs

Use an eligible Wallet automation, scan a receipt, or add the transaction yourself.

03

One organized result

Categories, bills, goals, loans, investments, and spending meet in the same iPhone dashboard.

A deliberate workflow

Capture first. Review once.

Mix the input methods that fit your real spending instead of forcing every account through a single connection.

  1. 01

    Automate eligible Wallet purchases

A user-installed Apple Shortcut can pass permitted transaction details after a qualifying Wallet payment. It is an automation you configure, not direct access to your Apple Pay history.

  2. 02

    Scan the paper trail

Use receipt OCR for purchases that do not arrive through the automation. Confirm extracted merchant, date, total, tax, and line items before saving.

  3. 03

    Add the exceptions

Enter cash, transfers, fees, and unsupported purchases manually so your plan stays honest.

Less passive syncing. More control.

Bank-connected apps can be convenient when a provider supports your institution and the connection stays healthy. Monetor is for people who prefer not to create that connection, or whose banks and currencies are poorly served by aggregators.

  • Good fit when bank credential sharing is a hard boundary
  • Good fit for mixed cash, Apple Wallet, and receipt workflows
  • Good fit when multiple currencies matter more than bank feeds
Four ways transactions arrive

“No bank login” only matters if the replacement works.

Compare what each capture model automates, what it exposes, and what work it leaves for you.

No route is universally best. Choose the boundary and maintenance level you prefer.
