How it works

A short, visible workflow replaces the bank connection. Setup happens once; coverage depends on what Apple Wallet exposes for your device, card, region, and iOS version.

    Install the Shortcut

    Start from Monetor and add its Apple Shortcut to your iPhone. Review the actions and permissions before enabling it.

    Choose the Wallet trigger

    Create a personal transaction automation in Shortcuts for the eligible Wallet cards you want to track.

  3. 03

    Pay and organize

    When the automation runs after a qualifying Apple Wallet purchase, the permitted details move into Monetor for categorization and review.

Apple Pay is one input, not the whole system.

Use the Shortcut workflow for eligible Wallet payments. Scan a receipt for a cash or physical-card purchase. Add the rest manually. Every route leads to the same month view, categories, bills, goals, and analytics.
