Capture without required credentials
Eligible Wallet events, receipt OCR, recurring bills, files, and manual entry replace a mandatory aggregator connection.
Monetor is an iPhone personal-finance app for people whose spending crosses Wallet, cash, receipts, bills, goals, and currencies—and who do not want a bank login to be the price of clarity.
Why this product
Many people pay in AMD, save in USD, subscribe in EUR, use cash, and still tap with Apple Wallet. A single institution feed does not represent that life cleanly. Monetor starts from the transaction routes the person controls, then brings the result into one readable base-currency view.
Eligible Wallet events, receipt OCR, recurring bills, files, and manual entry replace a mandatory aggregator connection.
The amount that moved remains visible while one reporting currency makes the monthly picture comparable.
Wallet automation is not a bank feed. OCR needs review. AI is not financial advice. Product trust begins with saying that clearly.
Product principles
Monetor’s goal is not invisible automation at any cost. It is lower-friction capture with enough review to keep a personal money picture honest.
Monetor uses private backend infrastructure for account sync. It does not claim that everything stays on-device. It does not ask for bank credentials, use ad tracking, or sell personal data.
The product is differentiated by Apple Wallet Shortcut capture, receipts as a fallback, cash completeness, and multi-currency planning—not by another list of charts.
AI can summarize patterns and help plan a next step. Important investment, tax, credit, and legal decisions still require human judgment and appropriate professional advice.
